Set up will be Thursday night – Friday morning with the event running through the weekend.
Tear down will be after the event Sunday night 6:00PM. Even if you can’t help during the event, we always need a lot of help to set up and tear down!
Event runs Friday 2-9, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 9-6 We like to be at our booth earlier or breakfast and coffee for vendors and workers. Check with Rich on times to be there.
Also please remember to Thank all volunteers at our booth and the event to include but not limited to NHSA, Freemont PD, Fire and anyone else from the town, security and volunteers for the event as well as other vendors and clubs. It takes a lot of work from all to make this event happen and they all should be thanked for their time!
Come by and visit us at our annual food booth, as always, we will have our famous turkey legs!
