2024 April General Meeting & Ham Dinner

April is our Ham dinner and voting meeting!

Please come by to join us for some food, fun and help make sure we get things moving forward for our next season!

The Club will reimburse the cost of the Ham for the dinner all members are encouraged to bring their favorite side dish or desert to complement our meal.

We are looking for members to purchase and cook the dinner and host, if you are interested let us know! sosclub@sossc.com

If your last name begins with you could bring:
A – G Vegetable, stuffing or a potato dish
H – N Relishes, cranberry sauce or rolls
O – Z Desserts

General Meeting will follow the dinner.
This meeting we will also be voting for officers for the upcoming year as well as many topics for the 2023-2024 season and summer functions!

You must meet the criteria set forth in our By-Laws to run for BOD!

All positions are available, and the term runs 1 season.

• FYI, voting by proxy is not allowed per our current by-laws!

    • Clubhouse Maintenance and Repair
    • Grass Drags
    • Merchandise
    • Luau on the Lake
    • Clubhouse / Property Maintenance – improvements
    • any other items that come up
