This coming April meeting is our voting meeting and summer / pre-season budget meeting. The April meeting is one of our most important. We need you to attend to help set us up for the 2024-2025 Season. Some key points and requests below!

 Summer and pre-season budgets!

If you are interested in handling an event or taking over one of our many chair positions & will require funds, per our by-laws you need to contact the BOD &Finance committee 2 weeks prior to the April meeting and present your budgets for voting by the committee and BOD so it can be brought to the April meeting. There is a Financial Request form we ask you use it is available in a fill form and a .jpg form is attached to this email.

We will vote on all summer projects and activities and early 2024-2025 season events. The BOD is asking if you are submitting a budget, please present it in e-mail as well as be available at the BOD / Finance meeting (TBA) as well as the April meeting to respond to all questions.    

We are still looking for volunteers to Run and help with 2 fundraisers.

1)      Camp Sno-Mo Disc Golf Fundraiser. Saturday May 11th in Canterbury NH.

We have been asked to provide food for the event by Garett Boyd and Sno-Mo. We need someone that can help with this one up. This would include all aspects of purchasing food, organizing the equipment we need to do this and securing volunteers to help, transportation to and from the event.

 2)      The SOS Steak, Chicken & Lobster Feed. Lisa is unable to run the event this year and we are looking to see if someone will take it over. Bogie Busters have already advised they are interested in doing the cornhole tournament with us again. Items to handle, include coordinating with BBB and Danforth Bay Campground if we can secure a date there. Also, would include all aspects of purchasing food, organizing the equipment we need to do this and securing volunteers to help, transportation to and from the event.
