Ok all we are getting close; we are on the hunt for Volunteers for our booth @ the Grass Drags.
THE TIME TO VOLUNTEER IS NOW!
We will also be loading the trailer Saturday October 3rd 8:00am at the clubhouse
We are looking for someone to pick up Turkey legs around the 6th or 7th this will require a pickup or trailer and possible store in a garage and drop them off Thursday afternoon the 8th at the booth.
We are looking for someone to transport the trailer to and from the drags 10,000 lbs. weight
We are looking for someone to transport the Smoker to the event and back delivery to the event around noon Thursday the 8th
Lastly, we need help at the event Thursday set up, Friday finish set up, & help with booth open 12:00 & run till 6:00
Saturday all day 9:00 – 6:00 & Sunday 9:00-4:00 then pack up after 4:00. Some limited help in the mornings prior to event opening for breakfast.
