Is looking to replace their off road rescue sled!
Budgeting allows for an upgrade to an open toboggan style sled!
Scrub Oak Scramblers Snowmobile Club
Has teamed up with the Department to help raise funds to upgrade the sled to a fully enclosed “Snowbulance”
We are looking for assistance from our members, Guests, other local snowmobile clubs and our local Businesses for donations for this cause. SOSSC has already donated $500.00 and will match all donations up to another $500.00!
Let’s all come together and help provide the funds for The Madison Fire Rescue Department to purchase the proper equipment needed to help keep us safe and help us in an emergency event both on and off road!

Trail Update 1/10/17 From the Groomer Guys
January 10th, 2017Nothing has really changed after another great weekend. Our conditions remain good with a couple water bars still popping up, we will continue to work on them please use caution in those areas. More snow is needed to add to our frozen base, something is brewing for mid week and warmer temps through Friday. Please be mindful of the signed restricted area at O Junction, the landowner has requested we stay out of the pit or we will lose the trail. This is our most visited trail to the Chimney. Please stay on trail in this area and all other areas of our system. Stay safe, think snow!

Trails Open, Early Season Riding!
December 21st, 2016Trails have officially opened with early season conditions. Most trails have been packed and more than half have been groomed. Grooming efforts will continue all week. We have a good base but more snow is needed to bring the system to good/excellent status.
RIDE GENTLE AND DO NOT TEAR UP WHAT WE HAVE!
Please respect any closed gates or snow fences there are a few areas that remain closed or are not permitted. Please respect our landowners without them we have no trails!
Ride safe and think snow! Thank you

SOS Open Houses, Looking for Help!
December 18th, 2016To all, with the possibility of the trails opening soon, we are looking for volunteers to host Open House each Saturday at the club house.
Open house’s usually run 11-4. You would need to be there earlier to set up and get the club warmed up. Most likely 2-4 people would be good as there will be cooking involved. If you have any questions or would like to sign up for a Saturday or 2 please let us know.
You can message us on FB or email us @ sosclub@sossc.com All BOD members and chair members are listed on the SOS website with contact info so if you would like to contact someone directly, please visit that page on the site. www.sossc.com
