To all, our season has begun. we will be having trail work parties every Saturday meeting at the club house 8:00am until the snow flies or as needed. we have some brushing to do and bridges to be built. Stay tuned to FB, the web and the e-mails for more info.

Jodi George will be heading up the Open Houses for this year. Thank you to Ann, Mac and Donna for their years of service. They are taking a break and we hope to see them around the club when they have a chance. Jodi will be looking for volunteers to host open house and she will be setting up a calendar for sign up. We host open houses every Saturday at the club house for our members and guests from 11:00 – 4:00 during the trail season and providing conditions allow. Host will need to get there around 10:00 for set up and prep. We ask hosts to supply soups chowders and chili’s if possible. Other foods and drinks we will try to keep stocked. The club will reimburse for any funds needed for the day. We do have volunteers that will supply food from time to time so please ask and coordinate with Jodi. Donations always help. We have heat at the club and can / will be turned on normally around 7:00 to get things warmed up as well as volunteers to help get fires started. If you are interested in helping out let us know. Hello all, a new season is fast approaching. It is time to send in your memberships. The forms can be found on our website on the join out club page. it is a fill form you can type in your info and then print and send in with payment. You can also pay on our square page but will also need to send the form in. Just note payment on square on the form. Thank you and looking forward to having you with SOS again.

Next we are in need of help for the upcoming food booth at the grass drags. We need at least 10 people all day every day to be efficient. We also need help setting you Thursday afternoon and take down Sunday after 6:00 Our booth has to come down and be loaded that night. We also need someone to pull the trailer back to Madison or any given location we can, it needs to have the freezer plugged in. We need it at Danforth Bay the following weekend. The trailer weights 10,000 going down and will be lighter going back but guessing still within 7,000 – 8,000lbs. We also need help getting the smoker too and from. this can be pulled with a 1/2 ton. It can stay at the site Sunday night to cool down but will need to leave within a day or so. It can also go down to the drags during the week prior and dropped on our site. Please let us know if you can help out. We can only make this large fundraiser work with help from our members.

Profile Powersports will be holding their 2nd annual customer appreciation car and motorcycle show Saturday July 22nd from 10-2. Lots of cool stuff, special deals and Trophies!

Scrub Oak Scramblers will be helping out with food for the event, proceeds to benefit the club! We will be looking for some help that day both set up, take down and helping during the event. This year’s Landowner appreciation dinner will be a Pig Roast held @ our clubhouse in Madison NH Saturday June 24th

Event starts @4:00 PM

(we will have burgers, hot dogs, drinks and misc. sides also, B.Y.O.B)
