Scrub Oak Scramblers & Belmont Bogie Busters Snowmobile Clubs are teaming up to host a Steak, Chicken, Lobster BBQ 3p-6p & Corn Hole Tournament 12n-3p for our Members, Friends, & Families on September 7th, 2024, at “The Ball Field” Danforth Bay Camping & RV Resort.
This is a great event to bring our members together in an off-season venue to have a good time and raise some funds for one of our favorite charities. Proceeds to Benefit Camp Sno-Mo!
This is a Meal Pre-Buy event with the cost at $30.00 – $40.00 depending on order: Due by Saturday August 31st, so make sure you order soon!
Price is per person and includes: 1 steak and 1 lobster or 2 Steaks or 2 Lobsters, 2 Chicken, 1 Steak and 1 Chicken or 1 Lobster and 1 Chicken PLUS corn on the cob, potato salad, pasta salad & dessert!

Steamers are also available for $12.00

Hot dogs and hamburgers with sides will be available for kids for $10.00

In order to prep with food and help, “ADVANCE PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED” Ticket cutoff date will be Saturday August 31st @4pm, all tickets are non-refundable.

We will be enjoying Corn Hole Tournament, Swimming in Danforth Bay, Canoeing & Kayaking Come enjoy the day with SOSSC & BBB @ Danforth Bay!

Pre-Registration $40 per team (t-shirt included) with a deadline of August 30, 2024

Registration that day is $45.00

Registration beginning at noon; first game starts at 12:30 pm
