Hello all, unfortunately we are on the bubble for winter carnival thanks to Mother Nature but in the event that it is a go we need help, Next Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th. Please also consider the No snow Date also of the 24th.

Looking for people to run raffles, radar runs, move equipment, cook and serve food, sell merchandise and run the radar runs.

Please contact Amber Oakes if you can help.

This is our fundraiser and the funds raised go to SOS. we have lots of things to do and could use the money!

Trail Update = Trails Open

Due to weather and lack of snow the trails are getting thin! We will continue to groom when we can. Be aware of the trails you are on and watch for no snow and hazards!

Riding will be consistent to spring like conditions. Watch for rocks, open water bars, standing water, & thin snow conditions.

As always, the best place to ride is Freedom town Forest, airstrip, trout pond areas.

Make sure you check OVSC & MMR for info on the Tracks.

Mary’s Mtn Bypass from “K” – “J” gate and cable are still closed.

The event is this next weekend. Thursday for us through Sunday. Columbus Weekend October 6-8th again we set up Thursday Afternoon and evening. The trailer will arrive Thursday around 1:30pm. SO set up is around 1:30 to when we are done.

Event open Friday 2-9, Saturday & Sunday 9-6 we do breakfast, so we like to be in the tent between 6:00 & 6:30 each day.

To all, the New NHSA Membership Portal is up and running. We are going to test inhouse (SOS) a little this week and then we will send out the info.

TO ALL, WE ARE ONCE AGAIN LOOKING TO PUSH TOWARD THE NHSA PORTAL FOR THE 2023-2024 SEASON.

NHSA HAS CHANGED SUPPLIERS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL, AGAIN EACH CLUB HAS ITS OWN LINK YOU WILL FIND BELOW. THIS WILL BRING YOU DIRECTLY TO THE PORTAL FOR SCRUB OAK SCRAMBLERS.

The best and fastest way will be the NHSA Portal. Our membership is still open on square, and available on paper through the mail, but it is a long hard & back door process to sign you up.

If you have a valid E-mail address & the ability to join through the NHSA Membership Portal, we suggest you join in that manner.

We are closing down the membership on our Square Store if you need to join via mail / paper form please contact the club. We will assist you in that process.
