Easter Seal – Ride-In to benefit Camp Sno-Mo

February 6th – February 8th, 2026

Town & Country Motor Inn Shelburne / Gorham NH

The Theme this year is “Pirates & Mermaids”!

Ok all, the guidelines for book rooms have changed, we have listed the guidelines below.

Booking Starts JULY 1, no earlier do not call the hotel until then.

Sean will “NOT” be booking your rooms. He will still have the list below of people’s rooms and any not here last year listed to said list and the hotel has it.

We have / will secure the SOS gathering room again. The rear building will likely remain all SOS members.

If you call early and advise you are with SOS, they will continue to keep us together based on our list. There is no guarantee for this. However, if you call JULY 1, you will likely end up in the same spot.

Sean will not monitor the rooms as he did in the past but will still try to work with the hotel to keep us altogether, if you book and need to cancel let Sean know in case someone with SOS is looking for a room. You have up to a week to cancel no charge so book early. They will take a CC to book but no charges till we get there.

Again – Booking Starts JULY 1 no earlier do not call the hotel until then.

If you have ideas for decorations or floats let us know. Believe it or not we have already begun. We will have some room in our budgets for supplies but any help from our members would be great let us know what you can do. Also stay tuned for fundraisers we do, where proceeds go to Camp-Sno-Mo via the event, we want to kill our donations again next year.

Many of us head up early on Thursday night for a nice relaxing night prior to the festivities! We even have a few that ride up from Madison so let us know if you are interested in the ride! It is about 2 ½ hours by trail!

There are many activities during the event to include auctions, costume parade, buffet dinner and breakfast, shows, face painting, poker run, scavenger hunt and more! Well of course some great riding.
