To all, first off I would like to thank Lisa Charette for once again taking care of the room bookings for the SOS. It is a lot of work and we all appreciate her handling this every year.

Next a quick rundown, this year’s theme is Luau so make sure you are ready for that. Sean has purchased quite a few decorations, leis; grass skirts etc. etc. and different items for the event. We also had some items leftover at the club which he grabbed.

If you can think of items to bring please do so.  We believe Rob McCorry was going to look for some coconut tops at a local party store near him.

Next, food we will have a community room provided by the club for hanging out in! We will be doing some crock pot items below of current list of items and people bringing them.

Rich Ventura – crock pot of kielbasa / plates

Mike Roberts – sausage peppers and onions / rolls for sandwiches

Jodi George – Chicken broccoli and ziti / veggies and dip

Ron Pinard – beef stew / plastic ware / cheese and crackers

Sean Pinard – napkins / cups for soups / plastic cups

Stacy Poutas – meatballs / appetizer dip

Chad Curry – chocolate chip cookies

If anyone is able to pick anything else we need as well as cook something for our group please let us know. If you have any other thoughts also let us know. Snacks and liquid nourishment are a must.

Sean Pinard has the SOS Flag, banner, and feather flag to support our club! Remember SOS gear is a must (LOL).

We also need ideas for a float / supplies in the parade if we are going to join in. Sean will have his dog sled if needed and yes non SKI-DOO beliers my sled this year with hitch to pull the dog sled.

Many will be there Thursday night so as always the pool is ours for the taking. Charrette’s don’t forget Corn Hole!

Per Tammy’s comments the last few years let’s not forget why we are there, to support Easter Seals and the great kids that benefit from this event at Camp Sno-Mo. Let’s do our best to interact with all of them and make sure they feel the support from SOSSC. Please allow them and encourage them to join in our antics!

We can’t wait to you all there and have another great time at this amazing event. FYI Sean did a little riding up there Saturday and the trails were not bad. Yes more snow needed but will support the ride-in. The local clubs have worked magic up there.

Those who will be new to this event with us if you don’t have fun you’re doing it wrong!!!

Last but not least don’t forget your NERF GUNS.

If you are unarmed that is your problem not ours!
