To all, this month’s meeting is our Thanksgiving meeting! We are looking for someone to pick up and cook turkeys! We normally do 3! Let us know if you can help! The club will reimburse the cost of the turkeys.

We will also need someone to bring all the fixing’s potatoes, squash, stuffing carrots, gravy, cranberry sauce etc. etc. etc.!

Bring on the chow!

Don’t forget to bring non-perishable food items for our local food pantries!

Clear cut brushing @ the Chimney viewing area

Finish Repair to Tucker 2000 idlers possible need to remove track for idler repair.

Siding on Clubhouse needs paint

Fire Wood Stacked

Breakfast @ the clubhouse 7:30-8:00 am

TIK TOK TIK TOK everyone, the Grass Drags is less than 2 weeks away. Reminder we are loading the trailer this coming Saturday. Then doing trail and / or clubhouse work after. We are still in need of help for the food booth at the drags. We need a good 10-12 everyday to run efficiently. Please contact Sean Pinard @ 603-785-4907 or via e-mail @ smpinard@roadrunner.com to let us know if you can help. We need to know who is coming as we need to make sure everyone has a wrist band.

Another item we need is someone to pick up the Tukey Legs in Londonderry on Wednesday the 6^th you will need a pick-up or small trailer. Also preferably a garage as the legs need to start thawing and will need to be inside Wednesday night and delivered to the Drags Thursday afternoon early evening. Please let us know if you can help. This was in recent years a job that Ron Pinard handled for us but sadly can no longer. Contact Sean with any questions.

To all, I will be placing an order for sweatshirts for the grass drags soon.

I do not know if the prices have increased. These are sweat shirts that are not supplied by the club and you will have to purchase.

I will order both Hoodies and regular sweatshirts.

Same as always orange with our logo on the front and Volunteer on the back.

If you are interested in one or more please let me know by Sept 15^th as the vendor is 3 weeks out. I will be ordering on the 16^th so if I don’t have your info you will not get one.
